Standard Warranty Coverage

Roof Repairs: 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

All standard tile roof repairs, flat roof repairs, and chimney refurbishments include a 1-year workmanship warranty. If anything we fails within that time due to our workmanship, we’ll make it right.

Full Roof Replacements: 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

All roof replacements (tile, clay, metal or shingle), flat roof system replacement (modified bitumen or TPO), new construction custom home roofing, or historical restoration roof replacement / refurbishment projects include a 5-year workmanship warranty. This covers any installation-related defects or workmanship concerns.

American WeatherStar Liquid Roof Coatings

Projects using American WeatherStar liquid applied roof coating systems come with:

  • 5-year workmanship warranty from Northmen Roofing

  • Manufacturer-backed No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty for 10, 12, or 15 years depending on the selected system and product

  • Ideal for commercial roofing and low-slope waterproofing needs

Balcony Waterproofing Projects

Balcony refurbishment and waterproofing systems come with:

  • 5-year workmanship warranty from Northmen Roofing

  • Up to a 10-year NDL manufacturer warranty (system-specific; please inquire for full terms and product options)
